Nothing. I worked on my own insecurities of being seemed as ignorant and looking ugly. I value confidence in men. It's not my job to say anything.
If I am with a short guy (depends how much shorter than me) I am with him because I like him. Same goes for the small d. If we have a satisfying sex life, then it clearly doesn't matter. (Again, within limits)
And just a side note.
Yesterday I went to see a flamenco show, I'm on holiday in Seville. The dancer was really short, but he looked so masculine, it was incredible. I couldn't help to notice his package too in those tight trousers.
