Saw the guy I like in public. I literally unknowingly caught him staring at me when I was staring off into space. (At a concert.) We held eye contact for like 4 seconds while he was walking past me and then clearly looked for his group of friends or partner, I can't tell which.

Is this a bad sign? It's OK if it is, honesty is key. Thanks!
