So the guy im seeing will hide his phone from me. He won't let me follow him on social media even though i found his accounts and can see he follows tons of other girls. I understand this isn't good but why would someone do all this to someone they are just seeing?
He’s hiding his phone, has you blocked on social media, and your question is if he sees you as a girlfriend? Your priorities are out of whack, girl, because that man is a walking red flag and it’d be oblivious for you to interpret his behavior as anything other than him trying to hide someone else from you. Why would he show you other women? So you can get mad and cut him off? Especially if there’s sex or the potential to have it soon on the table.
No, it doesn't mean he sees you as a girlfriend. Your logic makes no sense.
