Why is he acting like this?

He can’t look at me in the eye and always fidgets around when he is around me. I’m slightly confused because on text and call he is so confident etx and leading the convo but in real life he is shy. He also told me is a quiet guy.

All of his confidence is over the phone because it’s easier. Being that same person face to face can be hard, but once he’s comfy with you you’ll see it more.

Oh then that makes more sense. I think we all have out church face on at church lol, but If you like him maybe ask to do something outside of church, like coffee, bowling, etc. We miss 100% of the chances we don’t take and you should let internal conflict stop you, whether it’s shyness, proudness, worry, doubt, etc. Don’t live in fear of anything or anyone except god.

Make the move sis lol I’m serious. All that “I can’t tell” “I’m not sure” etc, it’s all excuses you’re creating in your mind to not go for it, and you should. If you read it wrong and he’s not interested, then yeah it will suck but it’s not gonna kill you. If you get together, it doesn’t work and you still see him at church, you’ll navigate that too. But you should act on this because it would be the worst if he got with someone else and you miss your chance..
