I just don’t understand that?

I gave this guy a chance because he kept telling me how much he liked me and stuff so I finally gave him a chance. We did something we still kept talking after that. But I started to notice he start acting like he don’t see my calls or messages. He than stopped putting effort like he was doing to get me but once I stop writing him and calling he always than come around and try putting effort like he was doing in the beginning. I’ll give it another try and he would go back to making me feel ugly and worthless again by doing the same thing again.

There's a few different possible reasons for that behavior.
If he's struggling mentally he might just not have that much mental energy and the effort you want might be unsustainable for him, so he pushes himself whenever things aren't going to well, but then relaxes when it does feel like it is.

Talk with him about this.
Perhaps he can make an effort in some ways that's more sustainable that will still make you feel valued?
Because you certainly shouldn't putting up with feeling unwanted.

Na I think he just probably don’t like me like he said he did. He posted on Facebook I called him 7:23am he posted 10am he seen it and clearly just weird. But once I start ignoring him again he’s going to keep trying to get me back and honestly I’m done. For someone to beg for a chance but end up making you feel like your annoying isn’t ok.

I tried to reach out to him this morning he didn’t answer I went on social media ( Facebook ) noticed he posted a couple hours after I tried to contact him so basically he seen my miss call and just not interested. I’m only upset because I should’ve never given him a chance.

Did you call through Facebook messenger?
Also, guys often don't use social media as often as girls do.
And you can share things on Facebook from other apps.

I haven't personally logged into Facebook in months but I've posted things there by sharing them from other phone apps many times in that time.

he's always on Facebook and why would I need to use messenger to call him? That’s being desperate he seen my miss calls and not interested it’s easy.

Alright, maybe he's always on, but if you used a regular phone call to call you he might just not have seen a notification about you calling him.
I know that *I* don't clear my notifications drawer much at all.
A missed call would be easy to miss when looking at the phone.

As a gal you are much more deserving of good treatment than that. He should have been making sure you were apprecited and loved the entire time, not just in roller coaster effect.
