I had proposed a guy and he neither accepted it nor rejected. What does it mean?

It has been almost five years and I still love him. He confuses me a lot with his behaviour towards me. I really can't understand what he feels. I think he is playing mind games with me. Recently one of his friend and I have been flirting over text. I feel like he's jealous about it but I really can't be sure of it.

What I had felt about him being jealous wasn't that wrong. But God knows what he felt about it that he created a wrong idea of me in his friend's mind that he isn't texting me anymore nor does he reply. But I am kinda happy about it bcoz I really didn't want to take any longer with his friend and this guy was basically fooling around with me. Can anyone tell me what is the first guy upto?

If nothing has come together in 5 years it never will. Move on as life is too short to wait on one guy who is playing you.
