Guy's Behavior

Some help with texts from a guy?

Sooo basically, there's this guy in my uni (dofferent classes) who tries to strike up a convo whenever we see each other, and then he followed my on my insta, asked from my snap then my whatsapp... then he just never texts first (except for like 2 times, and 1 time replying to my selfie story)... and he takes like at least 1 day to reply whenever I text him but his replies are always really short and it is confusing me... the other day I asked him if he wants to walk together after class and he was like "with great great pleasure" and then if i texted him 2 days later and he like took literally 3 days to reply... what does that mean lol?
