Boyfriend has been asking me am I pregnant a lot lately?

Every time my stomach is hurting or if I just want to sleep in he’ll ask me if I’m pregnant and he know I’m on birth control he brought up having a child and starting a family a few months ago and then he changed his mind and told me he wasn’t ready and he wanted up to get married soon is this a sign he wants to have kids with me I keep asking him why he keeps asking me if I’m pregnant and he would always tell me “I’m just asking”

I think he wants you pregnant. If you aren't married yet, I would be careful with him.
