If a guy wants to come to your house after meeting up a few times over a coffee always mean they want to get intimate?

I had went out with a guy a few times but it was more friendly than romantic. The third time we met he had brought his friend so I thought he only wants to remain friends. When we FaceTimed he said he wanted to come over if my parents weren’t home. I said they were so he didn’t. Did he want to kiss? I don't know
