Catcalling is when you walk past a person or a group of people and they make a sound with their mouths or say something to signal that they think you are sexy/attractive. Similar to catcalling is the silent all body stare where they glance you all the way up or down your body, in a way for you to notice.

I have never catcalled someone intentionally. There have been a few times where it was a coincidence where an attractive person was walking by and I was talking to a friend where it could have been seen that I was catcalling the person walking by.

According to my friends, I have been stared at by women. I was / am just too oblivious to notice.

Yes. I’ve been cat called a few times. It makes me feel so great when it happens. Once I was at work and a lady walked past and looked over at me and smiled and said, “You a good lookin’ man...” I didn’t automatically think “OMG she wants to fuck me” and start asking her out. I wish more women would compliment men. It does wonders for us.

It depends when you’re walking and someone says oh you look beautiful or hi cutie that’s not bad. But there are some animals here that are literally shouting fineeee girl to you it’s embarrassing some go as far as pulling you towards them to tell you you’re pretty

Catcalling is immature, creepy, and usually embarrassing for the one being catcalled. You claim it's flattering and pleasant for men. Okay, well, good for you, but I just think it's stupid.

Yes, as someone who dresses provocatively in public, I do get it from time to time. They usually do it when they are in a group, not alone. I won’t say I like or hate it but as long as they know the limit and keep away their hands of me, I’m good.

I've catcalled women and the worst response was it was ignored and the best response is a few girls straight up came over and flirted and we had sex within about an hour of hanging out. And obviously some stuff in between.

Happened a few times. Didn't like it most of the time as it sounded very cheap. Other times, thought nothing of it. It's much better when you properly meet in person and compliment, cat calling isn't a way to go.

I get cat called. Happens most often when the girl is in the car, or when she's with a group of friends. I've had a few look over their shoulders and make comments walking by, but that's not as common.

I was always taught that cat calls to a good looking woman was a great compliment. I also know that women do not like cat calls. Cat calls can be also rude and uncouth towards women. I have learned to respect those that feel offensive.
