Have you ever been catcalled? Did you like it?

Catcalling is when you walk past a person or a group of people and they make a sound with their mouths or say something to signal that they think you are sexy/attractive. Similar to catcalling is the silent all body stare where they glance you all the way up or down your body, in a way for you to notice.

It seems like catcalling is generally flattering/pleasant for men, do you think it is the same for women? How would you feel about your female siblings, mother or spouse being catcalled? Is it okay?

Well. I have always been catcalled a lot, I don't like it. When I was a teen it used to be somewhat embarrassing. To me if a person is serious catcalling is not the way to go. It's very creepy/awkward. And I don't wear anything revealing ever, just not my style. Some people are more respectful, they might say hello beautiful or something that they think might catch me off guard. I have ended up bursting out laughing a few times. But I don't know why men think it's a good idea. It's not.
