Why is he acting distant all of a sudden?😕?

So I met this guy about a month ago. He lives 2 hours away. We have been texting non stop all day. He is always the one to initiate convo and show interest. Of course I show it back. He always tells me how much he misses me and wants to see me literally everyday. I visited him once and it went well. He only got more interested after that first time. Then I went and saw him again and it went really well. He texted me immediately after talking about how he misses me already and how his sheets smell like me etc. Then a few days later he starts texting less. Hasn’t told me he misses me. And it’s only got worse over the week. I’m so confused why the sudden switch in energy. I’m very intuitive myself so I feel totally confused. I would know if something was off. He’s also very busy because he plays college baseball. He still texts me but the response times are slower and there’s no more Goodmorning and goodnight texts. I just miss the way things were before they switched overnight. PLEASE HELP!❤️

No it was actually the day after he hit a home run for the first time after being injured so I imagine he feels just great😂I’m thinking he got a lot of attention from it and found someone else. It’s just weird how he can go from so into me to nothing just like that

Just text him and ask how things are going? That you've noticed you don't hear from him as much, is everything ok? It's probably just life getting in the way... as it tends to. Just busy or maybe something has happened that has him a bit distracted?
