How to talk to a guy you find intimidating?

I’m usually the one people tell me that Km intimidating and I don’t know why. I’m actually really humble and down to earth but I can be closed off. I have been hurt before and I have a high guard. But I have been trying to put my walls down so that I can meet new people. I decided to text this guy back. Within the first few paragraphs he said that I gave him the impression that I “act Hollywood”. He then went on to offer to fly me out. He says he owns two businesses, has a place in two separate cities, he owns a nice car and a motorcycle, he has been to several different countries and is friends with a few celebrities and I feel like I’m kind of afraid of him at this point lol. Im really nervous about talking to him and I’m highly intimidated. I guess the real way to break the ice is to just be myself but I’m actually starting to want to run.

That's not a guy, probably a older man, if it doesn't feels right to tell other people about him, its not the best to date him.

He has mutch more experience than you, he could be super sweet and tell you many stories, you fall for him but he probably has many girls like you around, that can manipulate and exchange with you.

He will change, you will keep to maintain the relationship, and in the end you won't be happy.

So after talking to him he shared exactly what to do to open my own business and gave me encouragement and advice and told me anything I wanted to do I could do. He really gave me such an uplifting bit of advice and had nothing to gain from it other than to help somebody else. He seems like a genuine person I feel like I was completely mistaken about him
