+1 yYes they are, however there are a shit load that are just naturally toxic.
it’s like certain ‘brands ‘ of masculinity are toxic,
look at mental health, a guys attitude to others guys getting mental health support.
look at health, a guy going for a check up, for testicles, prostate
look at being gay, other guys attitude to gay or bisexual.
look at clothes, somehow certain things are off limits.
You see it on GaG constantly, admittedly most are just toxic and not really men, mainly bullies and trolls trying to prove to everyone they are masculine.
The worst are those ‘trying’ to be masculine but just really hate everyone and everything, as it’s not their fault they are single, it’s girls, other guys, society, everything apart from their own toxicity….00 Reply

+1 yI'm masculine in the sense that I'm a farm boy who grew up working manual labor jobs always surrounded by very masculine guys and had to fit in.
I'm athletic and mechanically inclined.
Beyond all that I can be very understanding and kind to women I'm with because I have that side to me. I consider myself a masculine guy who's isn't toxic.00 Reply
+1 yI guess that depends on your idea of masculine and your idea of toxic, because people throw those terms around too loosely these days and half the time in the wrong context... But are there masculine men that aren't toxic? Of course there are

Sexist.

@Agagagagaga it's not really. That would require me to be prejudice against men, which I'm not. I just find modern day masculinity to be incredibly toxic. There are aspects of masculinity that aren't toxic, those I like, the rest have got to go.

@Agagagagaga bravo you know how to use Google. But can you read?
- +1 y
I can read quite well because obviously we are communicating back and forth.
I simply think you’re a sexist and you’re too chickenshit to admit it. It’s okay. Lots of people are sexists. There are worse things in the world. But at least have the courage to stand up for your sexism. You think “masculinity and toxicity go hand in hand.”Well, I think femininity and toxicity go hand in hand. In fact you all foul up everything you touch.
There. See what an asshole I sound like?
Good day miss. - +1 y
@Agagagagaga aw I offended you cute.
- +1 y
No I’m not offended. I found our little tête-à-tête mildly distracting on a slow Sunday. I got to point out someone who was a sexist, a hypocrite, and a coward. You’re a trifecta of fuckery.
We can continue if you like. - +1 y
@Agagagagaga do you even know what tête-à-tête means. What. 😂
- +1 y
Too vague

Well if toxicity=masculinity, why dont you stop speaking to your dad then or your brother if you have one or any male family members. Why dont you try to have relationships with females? Why dont you become lesbian then? I like how you suddenly changed what you said in the comment section "i mean modern masculinity" just shut up already. If you dont like men, fine... but dont even try to bother men if you need them if you are consistent, i mean i wouldn't like to have to deal with toxic people all the time
- +1 y
@justadude109 my dad's dead 🙂 I have no family. 🙃 Nice try though. Try reading a little more in depth. You getting defensive over my comment kinda just shows me that you probably exhibit toxic masculine behaviors and you know it but just don't want to admit it.
- +1 y
If you hate men, stop dating them, there are females who aren't toxic instead
- +1 y
@justadude109 or date men who don't exhibit toxic behaviors... Like I already do. It's like you think it's impossible for men to be good people.
- +1 y
The men you date probably are feminine simps
- +1 y
No you ascociate being manly with being bad. Being manly nowadays carries negative conotations because of feminists like you, stop hating men
- +1 y
@justadude109 and they're getting my ore ass than you ever would 🙂
- +1 y
@justadude109 I don't think being macho, violent, incapable of emotions, communication, or affection is very manly. It's just cowardly and toxic.
- +1 y
@justadude109 too late x

And dating transsexuals doesn't count as real men
- +1 y
Hahahaha im done, are you reporting me for calling you "trash"? Lol! It worked tho, they got my comments removed because when you see a man arguing a girl, thean is always the agressor and is always wrong

“feminine simps”
Lol you guys are so predictable with your ‘guys who aren’t masculine are simps’ logic - +1 y
What is a guy who isn't masculine? A worthless fool

@justadude109 “What is a guy who isn't masculine? A worthless fool”

@justadude109 " Why dont you become a female if u dont wanna be a man?"
I'm happy being a man but make an effort to refuse the toxic elements of being 'masculine'
its a bit difficult at times because this concept is so well integrated into our society.. but with enough effort one can succeed at doing so. - +1 y
@justadude109 mate I never said that masculine men are bad. I said I don't like certain masculine behaviors because I think they are toxic. Get over yourself shesh
- +1 y
So why is being violent only reserved for men? Or being incapable of emotions or communication or affection? Ur just a blatent sexist
- +1 y
@justadude109 "So why is being violent only reserved for men?" who said that? strawman much?
"Or being incapable of emotions or communication or affection?" also strawman.
she's just saying toxic masculinity often includes these elements. it says nothing about them being 'exclusive' to men.

+1 yI dont think so i would go with 1% of population. Rare species indeed.
Choice most women have to make is a) myster nice guy who dont posses lot of masculinity or b) bad toxic guy who does posses lot of masculinityBut to find someone who posses it and is in control is rare. Sorry00 Reply
+1 yIf he isn't honest and tries to sugarcoat his words, he will be seen as feminine. A masculine man would be more honest and unfortunately, would have to say things you don't like to hear. You can't have your cake and eat it too

30 Reply No man would want an immature little girl that goes around degrading men by calling them toxic for being themselves. You should probably stick to dating transsexuals.
10 ReplyYes but none for you unless and until you stop focusing on that and focus on what you want. And then you'll ask where were they all hiding over the years, as they pour in from ever corner.

All you get now is the simps who has been kissing your ass for the last 15 years.
They sre good guys. They might make decent money and let you push them over.
At 30 you are no longer a option.
Look at Leonardo di Caprio he don't date anyone over 25. And why would he
At 30 women become bitter and mean if they single and have special needs kids00 Reply1K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. How do you define toxic? Any masculine trait could be seen as toxic. As long as toxic is an open term you won't find a guy you like.

Anonymous(36-45)+1 yPlenty. Unfortunately feminists have done such a good job bitching about men and blaming us for the problems of the world that more and more of us not only don’t want to talk with you, we want nothing to do with you.

Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yPlease define “masculine” and toxic. I think I’m masculine. Former military, love guns, cute women, tequila, bbq’s, fights, hiding doors open for women but then some may say well that’s toxic. So please define.

00 ReplyI'm toxically masculine... and you love it! I all seriousness, if you want a masculine man (you should), then you need to expect he is not also going to act like your mommy
00 ReplyYes there are many but they get taken soon so women are left with weak men
