Are me and him done?

So this guy I’ve been talking to for months now is so weird. I overthink a lot. He has never flat out said that he didn’t want to be with me but I just don’t know. He doesn’t seem to put effort in in my opinion. Yesterday we texted all day. We were supposed to meet at various time of the day but I was busy here and there. Then when I told him to u when he was back I heard nothing. I had blocked him on snap and added him back but he didn’t add me back. But I was talking to him on his phone but he never said anything else and I sent that message at 7:49 yesterday. He still hasn’t said anything. I don't know what to make of it. Is he done?

Update: I folded and sent another message at 11:55 and still no reply so I guess I officially got ghosted🥴
