Is he done with me for good?

I was talking to someone for about 18 days that followed me out of no where on instagram. Unless you don’t include the 2 1/2 days he ghosted me and the 4 1/2 days I ghosted him. I don’t remember ever matching with him on a dating app so that’s why it was weird to me. Everything was great at first, We texted everyday, talked to each other a few times on the phone, did some heavy flirting that got sexual and I sent him some pretty explicit pictures of me, and he sent some pics of himself and a video. Then things just went down hill when he broke the silence on almost the 3rd day he ghosted me, but it wasn’t quite the 3rd day because he texted right before the 24 hour mark. He apologized saying he was sick and all that, then asked what I was wearing then asked for pictures. I sent him a picture of what I was wearing, didn’t put much effort into it and it wasn’t revealing. He didn’t say anything to it so I got upset and didn’t text him for 4 1/2 days. Then I finally texted him and asked if we’re still talking and he said “this is the first time I hear from you in 5 days, I don't know you tell me it’s a two way street” we just kept talking then I asked if we were still seeing each other on Saturday (we planned to meet) he said yes. He actually wanted to meet the weekend before that but I asked for him to give me a week. So he started to get silent on me, I got upset about it, and the next morning he started going off on me calling me a red flag and that I’m draining and he doesn’t have time for this negativity, I got the vibe that we weren’t going to see each other the next day so I unfollowed him, removed him from followers.

So pretty much I started to miss him, texted him 6 days later with a “hi”, got no response, texted him later that night cussing him out, messaged him on insta and cussed him out more, he texted me back next day pretty calling me crazy but didn’t say anything about being done with me. I took 9 hours to respond then found out my number was blocked, messaged him on insta, he messaged back blocked me so I left a vm on a private number. Did he block me out of anger? I plan on apologizing in 2 weeks.
