Is it sketchy that my boyfriend only talks to me on the phone while he is in his car?

He doesn't call me when he is at home like he used to. He used to call sometimes before bed at home. Now he only has a phone convo while he is driving or parked. We only see each other on weekends. It became a practice for us because we both get tired throughout the week. One time I asked if I could come over on a weekday and he texted "I'm laying in bed baby. Give me a heads up next time." Is this common?

"Because we both get tired throughout the week" pfft my girlfriend when I was just slightly younger than you kept me up and alert until 3am with a 730 wakeup on the regular. Sounds pretty worthy of investigating further to me.

Yes, sounds like he is hiding something. Ask him what's going on or just turn up at his house one day either before or after work as a surprise.

No it is because initially I would say I'm free on the weekend when we first started dating. He would ask when I was free and I'd say Friday or Saturday. It became a routine. But when I brought up coming over on a weekday to drop food he said he needs early notice
