What does it mean if a guy always does these TWO things when he walks past you?

As for your second question, if he is ashamed to have flatulence, he may not want to look at people by fear of the negative reactions.

Also, to be honest, if I see you walking around with those nails and eyes, I would also be a little scared and pass you as quickly as possible.

Those features are quite scary and perhaps you do create an impression of a person that does not want to be approached with those assets of yours.
