Why is he acting strange?

My coworker is like 40. He hit on me a long time ago but also said and did stuff that bothered me and seemed like he wasn't interested. So it was confusing. Anyway lately he acts so strange. Usually he excitedly says hi. Today he saw me and passed by and tuned his head very quick! Said nothing. Unusual behavior !
Also before this he was giving a one word reply wen i tried to make small talk. Now first of all me starting small talk with someone is not very normal. So I basically went out my comfort zone to do that lol.

he's strangely acting pretty strange but strangely enough he might just be a strange person. It is also strange he strangely changed out of nowhere but maybe he was just busy and couldn't be bothered at that time... Strange HuH 😐

  No i actually had the same thought. I have the urge to cry hard and have to try hard to hold it back at work when I've been around him. I think i may be picking up on his hidden soul emotions
