Context: I told him to not look at me like I was strawberry pie for breakfast. He responded with what you the pie and I’m gonna eat you. Then he said your a freak.

It depends entirely on the context by which it was said.

A freak could mean freakishly good or bad. Could mean ugly, or unusually hot..
If you take the word freak and replace it with unusual... that is probably the best way to describe it, as unusual can be both good and (or ) bad.

Depends on the context. Freak can be used as an insult, to make fun of someone who appears or acts in a way that does not align with the normative view, but it can also be used as a way of expressing joy and pleasure in the lovemaking process.
