Actually my last female boss was. I disliked her at first, she was rude and abrasive. But after a couple of years I really warmed up to her. She was rough on the outside and had a hard time conveying constructive criticism. But she really cared about the employee and the job and had a great vision for our department.

They seem to think they’ve got 💩 to prove which often means so insecure that impossible to foster Team and a sense that “they’ve got your back”.

Many of my female bosses micromanage and drive everyone nuts and i just dont feel comfortable with them. there's few exceptions of course.

Yes, and often so concerned about how their performance is that it’s an unstable department with people leaving 1-1.5 year interval. No one is impressed with short-term personal numbers when one can’t foster Cohesion and keep Staff. Nice idea. My current manager kept saying about how we shouldn't make her look bad. What a narcissistic thing to say! I feel lile an object pawn in her little game where she is on the stage and it only matters what she feels and thinks and how she looks. Its ridiculous. She once said that t me 'dont embarass me'.. What? Just so gross and nasty and the fact she said that with no shame.

And yes like you said she is obsessed with numbers. Same deal with the female boss before her.

Thanks man. I started looking for new jobs cause a female coworker just became our new boss and im tired of already. We need testosterone in our bosses... and the kind that grows in male bodies not female wannabes!!
