Been seeing a great guy for 10 weeks but we aren't official or anywhere near it i feel we see each other about twice a week would he still be around this long if he didn't see it going further or wanting a relationship?

Honestly, guys can hang around for months, or even years. Seeing you twice a week is probably to his liking. I seldom see my SO more often than that, and she lives down the street. If a guy feels comfortable, then he has no reason to look further... or change the status.

If you are looking for a serious relationship, then you need to make this clear to him.
