About attachments and feelings?

So I met a guy two months ago we are friends with benefits and at the end I had developed attachment and feelings for him but he doesn't have. So whenever he try to be in relationship with someone else I created a drama and he don't come in relation because of losing me then exactly what a guy having feeling for me or not or he is just confused about for me!!

Have you or any friends of yours every been weaned off of drugs? The reason I ask is because if you treat him as a drug, the best way is to go cold turkey. Break off all ties, and set yourself an hour, then a day, then a week until eventually you no longer need him in your life.. That would be my suggestion in getting over him
