Guys i am really confused right now, i have been talking to a guy, i knew him as a friend for more than 2-3 years and suddenly i realised that we are hanging out more often. One day when i was with him and he hold my hand out of blue and it got awkward, then he said that he has a thing for me. I like him both as person and as a friend. It’s just that at that moment of time i asked him that we shouldn’t rush and stay as it is.
But as we hang out i noticed that he doesn’t initiate conversation, when i meet him he shows signs of affection and tries to hold me but i refuse bec i am not very touchy.
While i was texting him regarding how he just sometimes goes on a days without talking and he is more casual , he said that he is the one who waits for my call and when we went in flow with convo he said that he has affection that he wanna express and he would like to cuddle me and then fuck , sometimes when we get in flow with the convo he seems to talk about the physical things he would like to do, like cuddle or , ‘if i ask you to show me something will you show me?’ So i get intuition that he is using affection as a safe word but he wants to get physical in the shadow of it.
So please tell me what is it?

Interesting. I do think he feels attached and affectionate toward you. I don’t think that’s such a bad thing and I don’t think he’s using you just for sex.

Are you asexual/aromantic by any chance? Or just not interested in him that way?

Of course I do like when i simply nudge him but I restrict myself so that things don’t go too far.

Sounds like he’s an introvert. He’s probably bad at reading hints, which is fine. Just clearly define what you want when you’re around him
