I had my first date with this guy.. We met on tinder and talked over text sometimes and then we decided to meet.. When I was leaving my hostel to meet him, I told him that I'll text him when I reach the location.. I got stuck in traffic, so I didn't text him for one hour.. He texted me, "Where are you?, I am worried", although even we wasn't present at the location at that time, but he got worried as I didn't text him.. Is he concerned for me?
