He flirts with me quite often, but this time I was telling him about a disagreement with one of my colleagues. His reply was “well he’s not Fucking you” instead of saying “fucking me over” or “messing with you”…. I just thought it was very odd. I would NEVER say that to an employee! Maybe he’s imagining fucking me so he wanted to say it out loud but act as if it was regarding something else….

I mean yeah it’s inappropriate, but maybe he was wayy too distracted. But if he was imagining fucking you, then ur doing something right. He obvs thinks ur hot, and if ur not married or dating, well then u get a new sleeping partner. Try seeing how much he likes you and see if more incidents like this happen. Flash him accidentally or something and see his response. If that were me I would have walked over to him seductively, leaned over him and said well I hope u start fucking me, and kiss him, unzip the fly of his pants and ………..👉👌

He may have tipped his hand, with the power differential, be careful especially if you decide to see where it goes, (I can't tell if you like your boss that way or not) I'd keep a job escape plan ready in case things go south, or you may have to talk to his boss if things go unfavorable if your rebuke his advances. Things to think about.
