My boss he says I have a good girl appreance with a temperamental attitude. I'm not sure how to take this?

Sounds to me like your boss thinks you have mood swings or are unpredictable. If you can ask them if they can provide examples (and if you think you should) how you can fix it. On the bright side it sounds like you know how to dress/ look good appearance wise.
