AAnyone else thinking of trying hard to never be under a female. boss ever again?

They are rampant around here. Its like management TRIES to promote thm! Crazy. Men are superior. If you lile being micromanaged and having to do phony emotional labor like pretending to wanna be friends with the boss. on a level beyond just normal friendly happy work environment... Get a female boss. Otherwise. Men only.

Yeah I must agree. Women in management or boss are generally a nightmare. That being said, I do have an amazing female manager currently, but this is my first experience with that. She works with all men, I think that’s part of the reason why she’s so good, she’s very much adapted to the male mindset at work
