I would answer no to this. Now my experiences are mine, but every single female boss i have had, has been overly bitchy, always favored her favorites everyone else, treated the women under her worse than she treated men, and got involved in completely unnecessary drama and cat fighting.

Im not saying all woman bosses are like this, but every single one i worked with was. Working for male bosses was a world of difference, the focus was on work and not drama and bullshit.. Additionally you have situations like the below.

I have had both useless male and female bosses and good ones of both sexes. My current boss is female she’s leaving and the deputy male will be in charge. He’s so lazy and half assed I will be looking elsewhere. My last job my female boss was a huge tramp. Bullied all female staff out only had males working for her and trod on any female that got in her way. It’s no difference to me

Me! One on a farm and a firework store.

They were the best. Hard workers, kind and very strong willed. The one on the farm could last hours in the got sun doing work and she was in her high 60's!

The other is a battle axe! Takes nobody's crap, works nonstop and is always respectable.

They were great examples, of many, of who I strive to be and taught me a lot!

Some of the best bosses I've ever had have been women. On the flip side, some of the worst bosses I've ever had have been women.
