What does it mean when a guy cares about whether you've eaten or not and even remembers to ask your friends the next day whether you had lunch?

This is the guy I like. Whenever we talk there is a lot of playful teasing from both the sides. I always notice him asking me questions and joking around with me about something or the other. As I'm quite thin he was wondering whether I even eat at all to which my friends told him that I eat very less and that is how he started to care about it!

Too many people have eating disorders, and their friends turn a blind eye. I think that guy you like is to be commended on actually caring enough to worry.. Whether he is interested in you the way you want or not.. he cares.. THAT is what is important.
