Does a friend like me (we met about a year ago at collage) ?

He usually teases me and makes fun of me, and when we are in a group setting, he tends to make jokes about me. Occasionally, he sends me tweets and sends me text messages asking me if I'm already at collage or other random things. He also helps me when I ask him for his help or simply offers his help even if I don't ask. People around us usually comment that we are like a "married couple" or make comments about us. Even sometimes it may look like he likes me, I have some mixed feelings since he usually flirts in front of me with my friends. He does it jokingly, but he does not do it with me. He is more cautious with me. When he met my (girl) friends and started to become their friends too, he started to make jokes with them too and sometimes jokingly flirt with them, and he does not do that with me. It's like he does it with everyone but me, but people say that with me is "different" because our relation is "different". When I ask why they see that our relationship is different, people don't really know how to explain it, and say that it's just "different". More than once he has mentioned that he does not know how to flirt when it's serious and that he only knows how to do it when it's not serious, but even though he says so; it's kind of confusing when he does it with my friends in front of me because he does it specially with my best friend. Although he does not jokingly flirt with me like he does with other girls, he has said some comments about us constantly playfully arguing and making fun of each other. He has also said that after his two (guy) best friends at collage, I'm the person with whom he has the closest and most trusting relationship at collage. He asked me if I like a friend when he has noticed that the other guy might like me. And he has made some comments about me and that guy (saying that he likes me and asking if I like him too or saying things about that firend and me). I need your opinions, thanks :)
