Does ghosting always mean cheating?

Do you think that when someone ghost for a few weeks and pops back up, and says they were busy with work stuff that they are cheating? Do you think it’s cheating? If the person is having sex with someone else why not stick with the other person? Why come back? My boyfriend is a business owner and I know that Is very demanding. Do you think he’s honest? I ask him is there someone else? He says never. He tells me what is the point in that when he gets all the sex he needs from me. Why do I still feel weird about this?
