Men aren't acting more gay, it's just more socially acceptable to share a perspective that was literally criminal less than 100 years ago. It's nice to be heterosexual and appreciate the attractiveness of someone else without the desire for sexuality. Much like women who find breasts attractive or have friends that they get drunk with annd make out with. Men are now for the first time allowed to experience this and it's in a surge because we've been conditioned for so long that it was "wrong" and "gay". Both of which is wrong.
