Do closeted gay men attempt to bully or get attention from straight men they’re attracted to?

So I just started a new job a few weeks ago and I have this one supervisor in my building that’s very extroverted kinda overly friendly in a annoying way. I’m more closed off not really friendly just to myself and I noticed literally every time I see this man around the building he goes out of his way to get my attention or speak to me. If I hit a corner and we run into each other he’s speaking he even gave me compliment on my jacket one day which was very confusing. He’ll even assign me to the wrong station on purpose attempting to be petty. I’m 6’4 and I’ve been told on occasions I have model features or labeled “pretty boy” in the past so I’m kinda used to getting attention from people especially gay men. I don’t have an issue with gay people as long as they respect boundaries. Could this man be gay or have a man crush or something or be a narcissist? He spotted me coming out of the bathroom one day and instantly started speed walking to catch up to me and started talking to me I didn’t acknowledge him just looked straight a keep walking and he seemed hurt or upset it was weird.
