Confused about him?

Unmm actually it's been 4 year we start talking on f b. We met through mutual friends. Then he start loving me a lot but 3 years I'm very busy in my personal life and I'm getting over from my family issues so i didn't said him yes. And then he start dating another girl after 1year when i said again and again I'm not ready for a relationship. After 3year he come again and he said he still loves me, i said then how can you be with someone if you love me. PS. Correct me if I'm wrong.) Then i apologies because everytime i also think about him. I had affection towards him. Then in March previous year 2021 we start dating. But i said him to not follow his ex girlfriend. He said she's good friend but he take it lightly and unfollow her just to show me. After someday he blocked me from insta or maybe restrict me. And he said there is I'd issue. I said ok. Then i followee him through fake id then i see him he's following his ex girlfriend and also comments on her post with love heart emojis... I slammed him and broke up.. after that he come on October 2021 on my birthday i forgive him and he said it's just a follow i still forgive him.. then there is his very good friend.. who likes me a lot and said for relationship. And he knows it ver well... still he said me after someday that talk with him he's saying you're not replying to his messages... i said what.. don't u know he likes me.. he proposed me in front of you... and you're saying to talk with him... then i just blocked him.. but then after 2 month he calls me.. but i didn't picked up... and now he's following his ex girlfriend again. commenting on her images... i really didn't understand this guy.. please help me guys to overcome this situation...🙏thank you?
