Where have all the good men gone?

I hear women say that there no good men and chilvery is dead. I see a lot of nice girls that are single I don't understand why a guy wouldn't want them.

I haven't been dating in a while and mostly been focusing on making cash, so I don't know what is going on in the dating scene.

Every generation asks this. Counting generations older and younger than me, that's a lot of generations who asked this same question.

Where have all the good men gone? Where have all the good women gone?

Another thing that every generation thinks, is that they are unique. To some degree that's true, but mostly it's not true. There is a heck of a lot more in common than there are difference.

Is chivalry dead? This is one of the things that really has changed. I don't think it's dead, but there is no doubt that it is on the decline. Of course it depends on how you define chivalry. What some people call chivalry, I would just call basic manners.

Guys today get so many mixed signals. Gender roles are obviously under attack. Many ideas that can be called chivalry fall into the gender role category. Guys today are being told that there shouldn't be gender roles, yet simultaneously hear that women still expect men to make the first move, that women still like men to open the door for them, etc.

This is confusing as hell. They don't know how they are "supposed" to act. The very simple truth is that everyone is different - duh!

It's absolutely 100% OK for a guy to be chivalrous. If some women don't like that, so what? A LOT of women DO like it. It will go a long way with women. Unlike some other things about a guy, this is something they can change. It's something that will make a real difference in their dealings with women (and everyone else).

Forget all that confusing nonsense. What feels right to you? Do you think that, as a man, you should act in a certain way? Does that feel right to you? If so, then hold up your head and be that person.

Chivalry isn't dead , it's just that the good men most probably got burned by yet another gold digging ice queen and they, just like me, gave up on dating and saw that there's no point in being a cavalier.
