Why women prefer bad guys over nice guys?

This isn't necessarily the case. Every girl in their right mind wants a guy who will treat her right. But women just prefer guys who are unapologetically themselves regardless of the consequences. To a girl, that reeks of confidence and testosterone. She will feel more secure and protected with a guy like that. Many women even stay with a guy like that even if he's abusive in some way, simply because he's so confident that it makes her doubt her self worth without him.

There's a whole psychology behind it.

Let's recall prehistoric times when behaviours were being hardwired into us by genetics. Did nice guys go out hunting and bring back tasty mammoth for meat and hides? No, because they were sitting in the cave simping for females.

It didn't work then, and it doesn't work now.

"Bad guys" have a life, a personality, and often still treat their women with respect and compassion.

"Nice guys" think being nice IS a personality, and women work like punch cards.

How are you defining "bad guy" and "nice guy"?

A lot of men who self-describe as "nice guys" are indeed men who think being nice and respectful - literally the bare minimum standard for being a decent human - is an entire personality.

That's why it's not a "Nice & Interesting Guy", it's just a Nice Guy.

But a lot of people will seem one way and be somehow different when the masks and walls and every day personas drop off.

It's rare I've met someone who is exactly who they seem on the tin.

Women like danger and force and power
Mostly because they can't do those things.

They only like nice guys when out of options. 9 out of 10.

Bad boys to women is like a Simp man to woman.

I dont think it matters if he's nice or a dick. A woman will stay with a man if he makes her feels safe. You can't make a woman feel safe unless you're disarming, genuine, overall a nice human being as a man. Sure they some like bad boys, but they have a nearness to them that is disarming and charming is disarming.

You short of have to be yourself and not pretend to be a nice guy to get sex and not pretend to be a bad Boy to get sex. The bad boy is just an asshole and that's genuinely who is as a man. Most guys that claim they are nice are like salesmen that are pretending to care about you to get your money. They pretend to be nice to get sex. But if they show genuine empathy and compassion for the woman without expecting a cookie or a pat on the head that will attract her.
