Guy's Behavior

Did he think I’m funny looking or good looking?

I was in the airport waiting to go somewhere with my family. I was waiting at a smoothie pace to get my smoothie and the guy who worked there I think he might’ve been Caribbean or something foreign but looked around my age and could speak English. He was trying to get past me at first and said “excuse me ma’am” and stepped in front of me all the while while glancing at my face which I thought was a little weird but I shrugged it off. When I was waiting with my mom and sister and brother I saw him doing trash and he glanced over at my sister a little then started eyeing me again a lot. He would glance at me then look down and start doing his boxes again then look up again. My mom noticed and was like “he keeps staring at you”. I looked up and caught him and our eyes met. When I caught him looking he started smiling and chuckling and went back to the back again. Not full on laughing but he was grinning really hard and then started kinda giggling when we looked at each other. Was this flirting or did he really think I looked funny? lol
