Guys, could this guy be attracted to me/fancy me?

so I'm going to be starting a new job soon and this colleague was showing me around the office. Maybe I'm looking too much into it, but I noticed he giggled a few times even if I didn't say anything funny. I noticed he looked at my hand a couples of times and my necklace. At some point we were sitting down for coffee, and he really lowered and softened his voice, I could almost not hear him. I was kinda confused because we were the only ones in the cafe. And then after that we were listening in on a meeting, and he was trying to get my attention without making noise and put a hand on my shoulder. I thought he could have whispered but maybe I didn't hear him. ANYWAY! what do you guys think? Could he be attracted to me or like me?

Asker... Well if he does not give you a direct answer. I mean you should make a move on him if you have not already. Otherwise he does not know if you like him or not.

I mean otherwise he could start talking to someone else or someone else talking to him... Which is going to be your loss at that point.

Yep, you're right. I hardly know him though. I think it was just my first impressions of him. I found him quite friendly, much friendlier than everyone else that's for sure. Time will tell!

Lol. I feel like I am making myself sound like I like him. I don't. I literally just met him. It just the way he was around me. I forgot to add in my post that I felt he was watching my face when I was talking to other people, particularly when I was laughing or smiling :)

Update! And opinion needed: so we have started working together and I think he comes across a bit gay sometimes (things he says and how he says, wearing some tight clothes). A straight guy on my team also thinks he's gay. BUT since I started working there (about a week ago), I have caught him staring at my face across the room so many times, or turns his head to glance at my face if he's sitting next to me. One time a female colleague complimented my dress and he literally leaned back in his chair to look, checked out my legs and smiled. And he also teases me or makes flirty remarks, like telling me I have the prettiest office in the building. He has also touched my arm a few times. what do you think? could he be gay, or does he fancy me? And if so, why doesn't he say something or make a move?
