Boyfriend goes away on a last minute holiday without saying anything- says he's not ok and needs to go away from things. Any opinion?

Yeah sounds pretty emotionally in mature. He should be able to communicate better with you. But if you're not sure it had anything to do with you or not don't get to upset about it.

Sometimes people need space, but they should be able to communicate it better. So that's the only thing I see wrong here, he left you hanging without communicating.

But not knowing more details or your age, is hard to really give you better advice. I mean if you're 16 this is nothing, but if your 30 then thetmre might be some serious red flags here. 🚩

Communication is actually an issue...
I'm in my early 30s, so yeah this is very weird and frustrating for me.

Yeah if he's in his 30 thats immature and self centered. So he should know enough by now that if he is seriously into you thst any women would deserve better than that.

I mean again not knowing details, I hate to tell you not to over react to it. Because lots of people these days, men and women, don't take any responsibility for their own actions. Our consider how they contribute to things like this indirectly by thier own actions. But either way it's not a good for the relationship. I mean people in good, healthy and productive relationships don't have these types of things happen. So you might have to reevaluate things and determine what kind of relationship you want to have and then go out there and find one for yourself.

I always tell people that if your not getting what you want out of your relationship or you feel your trying harder than you should, or your putting out more effort then the other person to you make it work... then it's not really working, it's it?

You're untitled to be happy within you're relationships and if he isn't making you happy then you need to consider what it you're doing and what you want.

But if you think he is a totally great giy and you l9ve him and don't want to leave or lose him... then it is what it is... other then talking to him about it and hoping he'll be better in the future there is nothing you can do but set boundaries and then adhere to them even if he doesn't.

Hmmm... have you noticed a change in his behavior? Overwhelmed? Depressed? Check on him periodically just to see where he's at mentally. Don't give him any drama just listen to him. Eventually he'll open up about what's on his mind. Show him love without making him feel like he had to back up into a corner.

I know he hasn't been feeling good lately. I'm not really sure how to respond to this kind of behaviour. I mean, it's only natural that I get angry about it..
