Why am I pale if I am not even some super white person?

I have pale skinned face even though I am not one of those ghost skinned white people. I am actually black and white mixed but very light skinned. And my fae shows blushing easily so I am often red cheeked and I have freckles too. I almost feel like I am a white person because I am pale with red cheeks and freckles. What the hell is going on? Why am i so pale lol?

Anything can happen.
I have a Mixed race son who's half White and half Native, but he has darker skin like his mom.
I went to school with a Mixed race girl who was half White and half Native, yet she was was the whitest girl with red hair. She was pretty and had a different accent than the other "White looking girls."
I just always make sure my son understands that he doesn't have to fit into one race or the other, he's both. He's Mixed Race and should be proud of it.

Thats awesome for you to do that. Lots of racist people will say mixed people aren't one of them. Their tiny minds cannot accept that a person can be two races. Sometimes i even heard of a parents themself being racist against the other side. But my parents accepted me and i never felt weird due to my races. They made me feel good about it and told me i AM black (which is good cause black racists are usually the ones who hate on mixed people and tell us we aren't black at all).

Yes, there's a weird dynamic sometimes where some racist people want to either claim a Mixed race individual as solely their race (Like some do with Barack Obama), or others just go be skin tone and think that's correct.
You are half black, half white and that's beautiful. Some racist people need to be honest, and respect Mixed Race individuals as being Mixed race and stop trying to push them to one side or the other.
