Does my coworker dislike me?

I have this coworker who is a male, who gets really annoyed be me. He’s my manager really but he was my coworker for 2 years. He’s constantly staring at me and watching how I interact with other coworkers. I’m not goofing off with the guys just working and helping them. The coworkers are mostly males if that means anything. I am well liked by other coworkers and mostly managers. At meetings I won’t even say anything but the attention is focus on me. We had a meeting once and everyone was pretty much making jokes about me and bringing me up. After the meeting as we walked away, he yells my name and tells me to go do something. Literally when others gather around me I can feel his eyes on me and it’s some shady look.

It sounds like he’s simply seeing if you follow directions when in large work groups or if you act entitled to ignore🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
