Do you think my coworker hates me?

A male coworker who i work with came to visit my office. His behavior:
- While he was talking to me, he quickly glance at my body to feet. Maybe I wear weird shoes. Not sure if he judge me.
- after finish talking, he looks at me a little longer ( both of us pause for a couple seconds)
- when talking with me, he once touch his collar (shirt) button but not look at my face.
- Told me to call him for work issues ( we work at the same company but he works in different locations)
- talk in a high pitch voice , i notice this with other girls
- jokes a few times with me, not too much with other girls. ( we are the same team)

But
- when i have problems at work, he never helps me out.
- Ignore my work request but when this same issue become problems for other pretty girl, he is very active and helps out.
- never say thank you when i help him with his request. He says thank you to other girls.

Does he hate me?

As I would tell anyone, go to work, do your job, and go home at the end of the day. Unless he starts harassing you and/or interfering with your job performance, ignore him and his behavior.
