Guy has trust issues?

This friends with benefits of mine told me that he doesn't buy meat from local grocery shops because he doesn't trust so he only buys meat from organic stores.
He was also not giving me his French press and one time he almost gave me but then decided to not give his French press and instead gave me the coffee cup.
He never tells much about himself or his life either.
Does he have trust issues?

Sounds like he's just particular about his stuff and the quality of his meat.

And frankly, I would love to only buy meats from a butcher. Grass fed beef tastes so much better than regular low quality grain fed beef, and it has better impacts on your health.

I also understand being particular about a French Press. My mother mishandled my expensive Bodum and broke it. It's also not really a commonly used tool - most folks I know don't really know how to use them.
