It means the same thing as if he would’ve asked you out for a coffee, except this guy prefers “bubble tea“ (whatever that is). Asking someone out for coffee is a nice, non-threatening way to ask someone out to get to know them without the pressures of it being a “formal date“. So either this guy is a HUGE fan of bubble tea, and you just wants you to try it, or he likes you and he would like to get to know you a little better. Stop overthinking this if you like the guy say yes, if you don’t say no.
