Is he trying to make me jealous?

Im seeing a Guy for 2 months. We met in college, and we have been talking since 2020, we discovered that we have a lot in common and that we live very close to each other.

He is introvert and shy. He is very open with me and treats me with respect. He introduced me to his family and told me that he wants to meet my parents.

So, since that last day we saw each other, im noticing he is not as sweet as before. He still sends me message tho, every day, and always starts the conversation.

Yesterday he opened a anonymus box on instagram and showed 2 people flirting with him. One question was: R u not interested or just shy? He answered that he is very shy.
But i find that weird. Showing to everybody that someone is hitting on him now that we r hanging out.

I remember one time that he said " im not seeing anyone but i dont know about you"

He is not the player type that im sure. He told me that he is insecure. He also deals with depression and anxiety
