Boyfriend does not like my instagram photos as much as he does his attractive coworker's. Is this a bad sign?

He does not click like on my photos unless his attractive coworker likes it first. He likes every pic she posts but only likes mine every once in a while. Once he told me he clicks like on every pic he sees on his instagram homepage but he doesn't click like on all of mine. Just for his coworker and other people he follows
