Why don't guys approach me when I'm with my friends?

So, I don't know if I may be ugly or I don't know but I think that this refers to clothing. I'm not a prude or anything, but I do consider myself reserved and that reflects in my clothing. I wear classy pieces of outfits and my friends kind of make fun of me for it. So last Saturday me and my friends were out. One of my friends had on a crop top with jeans, I had a headwrap on with the top and jeans and my other friend had on shorts. Keep in mind I'm 17 and they are 15. However I noticed that they got hit on a lot. WHiles I was just standing there like a piece of a rotten potato. It makes me kind of insecure about it and it makes me feel like I'm ugly, why is this the case?

Don't change cause of people, everything will fall into place, trying to speed the process of something can end up backfiring, you don't just want people to flirt with you, I'm sure you want the right person to flirt with you, if their clothing is what attracted these men then maybe you dodged a bullet

Well... it might be an appearance issue, but realistically, your friends probably just give off a more approachable and accessable vibe.
