Following up with a guy?

So I asked this guy if he wanted to go to the movies today. He said sure but we haven’t talked since then. Should I follow up later in the day to see if we are still on?

You don’t have to follow up. If you set a time and place just assume he’ll meet you there or pick you up. I’m sure he’ll text you if there’s any problems.
