I don't know what is gonna happen cuz clearly he's emotionally cheating with our coworker.
But he's always giving her attention so I don't know how he's gonna get close to me. He can't like juggle two chicks at work.

Your only option is to tell him to stop flirting with you since you are aware that he has both a girlfriend and that he is already flirting with another co-worker.
Avoid any close contact whenever possible and make it clear to him that you are unavailable and that you don't tolerate that kind of behavior from a co-worker that is in a relation.
Is is nothing more than a player and his behavior is toxic at best. In no case should you get involved in his game. Also, I would check with the co-worker whether she is aware that he already has a girlfriend because she might unwillingly ruin the relationship if she takes his flirting seriously and responds to his advances.
I think she feels sexy due to his flirting. He openly talks avout his girlfriend and children. I'm sute she knows.
And as to whether she takes it serious... She probably tells herself not to but of course as women I know we can tell ourselves to stay cool and not get attached but you never know what will happen inside ourselves and its like playing with fire.
He is a person who can flirt with any attractive female he lays eyes on. I was in this type of situation at my other job so this is nothing new to me. I was the girl who a taken guy was flirting wth like crazy and then new girls came to the job and of course he would flirt with them too and it was ugh...
Honestly its hard to avoid these types. Especially sincr being flirted with by an attractive man is reallly hard to turn down. It makes me feel really good.
He sounds dodgy. I would avoid him.
Its next to impossible to avoid him and i already dont really interact with him unless its necessary
