Is this suspicious of my boyfriend?

My boyfriend of three years recently got this new job that has been non stop work. It’s called sun run and he got it this year and got a promotion pretty fast on and Monday-Friday sometimes he will come home early and sometimes he won’t and will get home at like 8 or 9 pm. He lives with His mom but she’s outta town and yesterday he said he had to work he let me know a week ahead of time but last time he did a Saturday it was late too it depends. Anyways, he texted me in the morning saying he can’t wait for “babe time” and all that and he didn’t text me after that. I blew him up for the rest of the day but he didn’t get back to me I called him twice and he answered the second time saying he was still at work and he’s almost done but he’s exhausted. I said okay hour goes by and he doesn’t text me for an hour and a half saying he’s home gonna shower than call me. He talked about his day and said he was tired that he picked up some beer and was relaxing. He said he had a lot of shit to do that his house was a mess and he was a week behind on laundry. He said he got 13.94 hours yesterday, he started at 6 am and that doesn’t include an hour lunch he took. Anyways, he hasn’t done anything to make me distrust him but these hours have me like what the fuck. He’s gotten off late before and he showed me his timesheet but I know if I ask he will get upset because I have jealousy issues but what do you guys think? I’m upset
